The number of ppl who are getting Hotbird(or same kinda birds) in India are very less and I can say they are cable operators, so we can not say that those birds are available in India, else we can say every satellite is available in every corner of globe if I'll put a 100 ft or more big size dish

So, I do not think we can generalise this, else ppl will try to catch these birds in vain !
