yes you are correct, i am Exclusive Dish Tv franchisee here. i have official dish tv portal to solve customers problem.

The online customer car service is not nice. They always keep their calls busy.
If the flow of calls is more than they should establish more customer care centers so that our problem gets solved in time.

Online customer care service is nice. I need your support on I have purchased Dish TV before 4-5 year ago but after so many long time I found that there is some VC card is in the set-up box and when I gone to find it there is no any function was inbuilt in my dish TV set-up box and sudden I complaint for it and due to non reply I put old cable service from cable operator. So could you tell me that is it possible to put some function of VC card in my old settop box?
